Player Registration for

Travel Soccer Season 2023/2024

This registration session will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  Please note under "Form Download" you will find some forms that need to be printed, signed and uploaded back to the registrations. To complete registration & to pay through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or your bank account information available.  

SIBLING DISCOUNT:
The Sibling discount is $100 off of the 2nd & $150 off of the 3rd players after the first player (at the highest tuition) is registered at full price. After the first player is registered please then contact us for the Sibling code/codes that could be used for the following siblings.  The discount does not apply to the first player (at highest tuition). 

REFFERAL DISCOUNT:
Should you refer a friend, a family member (other than your sibling) who then is accepted & registers for our BVB International Academy - Chicago North Travel Soccer Season 2023/2024, you will be eligible to receive a Referral Discount in the amount of $50.  The Referral Discount will be provided only after that given player / players have registered with the club & it will be issued in the form of a credit towards any extra travel soccer programs / events not included in the club tuition (tournaments, extra Leagues & etc.)  Only one Referral Discount can be used per same Family. 

AGE GROUPS / BIRTH YEAR CHART:

Please see below for the Age Groups / Birth Year Chart to make sure you are registering for the correct Age Group / Team.

U6/U7/U8 (4v4/5V5 format / birth years: 2018, 2017, 2016) 

U8/U9/U10 (7v7 format / birth years: 2016, 2015, 2014)

U11/U12 (9v9 format / birth years: 2013, 2012)

U13/U14 (11v11 format / birth years: 2011, 2010)

We accept 3 forms of payment:

*CREDIT CARDS - available on our Web-site through SportsEngine (a processing credit card fee of 2.55% + $0.50 to be covered by the customer/player/parent for each credit card payment, processed & charged at registration)

*CASH - to make this payment contact us directly at 773-886-9263 to receive a Code to be able to complete the registration on our web-site

*VENMO App - (download the app, look for BVB International Academy Chicago North & send the payment from your phone using your bank or / & credit/debit card), contact us directly at 773-886-9263 to receive a Code to be able to complete the registration on our web-site
